Technical course: Carbonate Petrophysics

Course Objective: Participants will learn to integrate data across discipline, scale and timeframes to deliver an integrated, calibrated interpretation of Carbonates. As part of the course, participants will receive the presentation and exercise material, as well as the supporting manual.

Who Should Attend: Petrophysicists, Engineers, Geologists and Team Leaders who require an understanding of the complexities of open-hole carbonate log analysis

Course Instructor: R.E. (Gene) Ballay, PhD has 32 years experience in petrophysics across research and operations. His carbonate experience ranges from individual Niagaran reefs in Michigan to Lisburne in Alaska and Ghawar, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
