Doc Checking who paid for event

 

Outline of procedure:

On-line payments are done through eway rather than through our website.  Eway is handling the transaction and we pay the fee to them for every transaction.  Hence checking who has paid online for an event is done through eway too (any refund is done through eway too).

Detailed steps:

  1. Go to eway.com.au
  2. Select login on the right hand side of the menu
  3. Use username & password:  (ask Kamal if you need this)
  4. On the left hand menu, go to Reports à standard, then select the period where you want to see the transactions. You can also export the transactions from the same area.
  5. Don’t forget to logout at the bottom menu on the left hand side once done.

Caveats:

  • Access to this functionality should be very limited, only to the absolutely required (e.g. treasurer + administrator).  If you feel that you need access, please contact the webmasters
